The Aviation Job Redesign Playbook is an industry wide initiative developed by IHRP and SWDA, in collaboration with SAAA@Singapore and CAAS, to help aviation companies redesign jobs and workflows for greater productivity, operational excellence and workforce resilience. With the playbook launch at the SAAA–IATA Air Cargo Day on 7 November 2025, the playbook is now progressing to the next step with the deployment of Play tools to support companies from understanding job redesign to practical implementation.
