Land Transport Authority (LTA) had introduced the lodgement service for heavy vehicles while maintaining the Vehicle Parking Certificate (VPC) framework.

Key Changes
New lodgment service allow heavy vehicles to lodge their overnight parking arrangements with LTA at no charge, provided they have written consent from the premises owner or occupier.
Vehicle owner will not be required to obtain a Vehicle Parking Certificate (VPC)
Allows greater flexibility for heavy owners with suitable parking arrangements
